• Chris graduated from Arizona State University and became a trader. After spending a decade as a Market Maker on the Pacific Exchange trading equity options, Chris decided to start a family-run real estate business to be near home in Fairfax and his two young children. Chris also has a background in construction and renovating properties, and feels Marin has the need for a real estate company that provides more than just traditional broker services. "My trading background has been a real help in analyzing the strengths and weaknesses of individual properties. It's given me the discipline to make smart, quick, yet informed, decisions." Considering the real value of a renovation or a potential money-saving enhancement to a property allows Chris' clients to economize where others haven't considered, allowing for net wealth savings.
